Sean Haynes is a senior construction executive with over twenty-three years of expertise in program and project management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Rappahannock Development Group since October 2017, Haynes also holds the position of Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Lifecycle Construction Services, a role maintained since October 2007. Haynes previously held the title of Past President on the Mid Atlantic Region Board of Directors for the Design-Build Institute of America from 2007 to 2014 and served as Vice President at Centennial Contractors from 2002 to 2007. Haynes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 1993 and 1996.
