Cathy Coggins is an experienced professional in early intervention services, currently serving as a Program Coordinator and Infant Development Specialist at Life Steps Foundation-Northern California Children and Family Services since September 2011. In this role, Cathy provides support for families of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays and trains other specialists. Previous positions include Early Head Start Coach - Developmental Specialist at Through the Looking Glass, and Infant Development Specialist roles at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center and other organizations. Cathy holds a Master of Arts in Special Education/Early Childhood Special Education from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
