Ingrid Ruf, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Entrepreneurship at the Life Science Washington Institute since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) DRIVe Accelerator, overseeing grant writing and SBIR/STTR programs, and supporting early-stage life science ventures.
