Renat Ibragimov has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Renat currently serves as the Market Access Lead for LifeScan since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at SUN PHARMA as the Head of Tender Business from July 2018 to September 2020. From May 2015 to July 2018, they held the position of Hospital National Sales Manager at Astellas Pharma. Renat also worked at GSK as the Regional Sales Director for Vaccines from June 2011 to May 2015. Before that, they were at Pfizer, where they worked as the Tender Business Team Leader from January 2010 to June 2011, and also served as the Head of KAS from August 2008 to December 2009. Their early experience includes working as a Regional Manager at Novartis from July 2007 to August 2008.

Renat Ibragimov obtained their postgraduate degree in Neurology from Ulyanovsk State University between 1993 and 1999.
