Lillian Wood has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as IT Manager at Lifescan, a Johnson & Johnson company, since December 2002. In this role, Lillian leads projects across a diverse range of business applications, including Customer Service, Asset Management, and Business Continuity, where strategic direction is set and training is provided globally. Previous positions include IM Manager, focusing on Intranet applications and training systems, and IM Business Analyst at LifeScan from January 1996 to December 1999, which involved support for electronic data interchange and customer service applications. Lillian earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Psychology from San Jose State University between 1987 and 1990.
