Shubham Pratap is the Founder and Head of Talent Acquisition at Pratap Consultant, a role held since January 2020, where recruitment services are provided across various industry segments for national corporations and prominent Indian business houses. Prior to this, Shubham served as a Business Analyst at J NOVAVIZTA from November 2019 to November 2020. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
