Dawn Grandsart, PMP, currently serves as a Program Manager at Life Fitness since May 2022. Prior to this role, Dawn held the position of Senior Project Manager at Weber-Stephen Products LLC from May 2018 to January 2022, where leadership of global multidisciplinary teams and integration of external resources into critical paths marked significant contributions. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Engineer III in Lighting at Emerson Automation Solutions from August 2014 to May 2018, leading an international team in the development of LED luminaires and ensuring regulatory compliance. Dawn's career began at Kenall Lighting, where roles included Research & Development Engineer and Industrial Designer, focused on the development of over 30 lighting products and contributing aesthetic design to engineering processes. Dawn holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2001 and 2006.
