Daniel Banafsh is an experienced professional and entrepreneur in the apparel industry, serving as the Owner of BEYOND MODERN CO. since January 2015, offering affordable clothing for all people. In addition, Daniel has been an Apparel Manager at Life Clothing Co. since January 2010. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Law Clerk at the Franchise Tax Board, where assistance was provided to taxpayers in disputes, and a Legal Intern at the California State Board of Equalization, focusing on Sales and Use Tax appeals.
