Tatiana Drozd is an experienced professional in product ownership and content management, currently serving as a Product Owner at life:) Belarus (Turkcell Group) since April 2016. In this role, Tatiana has excelled in analyzing customer requests, preparing datasets for neural network training, creating business scenarios, and communicating with internal stakeholders. Tatiana has successfully launched a chatbot that processes 52% of requests autonomously, in addition to managing the product backlog and preparing technical requirements. Prior to this position, Tatiana held roles as a Content Manager and as a Copywriter at ARTOX Media and Webcom Media, respectively.
