Daniela C. is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University since November 2022 and as Senior Manager of People & Talent at Life Alive Cafes since January 2022. Daniela's prior roles include Human Resources Generalist positions at both the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, as well as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Petco and Human Resources LID at Omni La Mansión del Rio. Daniela began a career in human resources as a Coordinator for Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade and holds a Master's Degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Employment Law and Mediation from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
