Elaine Zhao has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elaine is currently working at Liepin.com as the VP of Innovation BU and CEO of Star Insight. Prior to that, they worked at Á½Ë¼ as the CXO (Chief Experience Officer) and Head of Customer Experience. Elaine also held the position of Head of Insight&Research at DiDi and General Manager of the Research&Intelligence Center at COFCO Mengniu Dairy company. Before that, they worked at Ipsos as a Research Director and Head of FMCG+OTC division. Elaine also worked at Kantar TNS as the Research Director-Head of FMCG, and at Nestle as the Head of Consumer Insight of the Dairy&Nutrition Business Unit. Elaine'searliest work experience was at ±¦±´ as a Product&Market Research Senior Manager.

Elaine Zhao attended Beijing University of Technology from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
