Rafael Perez is an experienced professional in project management and design, currently serving as a Project Manager and Project Engineer/Estimator at Lichtgitter USA, Inc. since January 2017. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a Structural and Architectural Designer at AMICO — A Gibraltar Company from February 2012 to January 2017, where responsibilities included examining erection drawings and creating approval and shop drawings. Rafael holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Houston Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Houston, both obtained between 2005 and 2010.
