Maciej Smoczyński is an experienced professional in the field of IT and public administration, currently serving as the Director of Territorial Governments for the northeastern region at LIBRUS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. since April 2016. Maciej has also held various roles within the same company, including IT implementation and training specialist, as well as IT salesperson. Prior to joining LIBRUS, Maciej worked at edukompetencje as a specialist from June 2011 to April 2016, and served as a trainer at Discover Team from August 1997 to February 2010. Maciej holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Applied Social Sciences from the University of Warsaw, which was completed between 1994 and 1999.
