Matthew Garlick has extensive experience in utility management and operations, currently serving as President of Arizona and Texas Utilities at Liberty since February 2012. Prior to this role, Garlick held the position of Director of Operations for Arizona at Litchfield Park Service Company from January 2000 to February 2012. Additionally, Garlick was the Business Manager at LPSCO and worked as an Engineer at the Arizona Department of Transportation from 2005 to 2009.
