Lucas Shepherd has extensive experience in operations and project management within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently a Senior Manager of Strategic Projects at Liberty since May 2014, Lucas has held various roles including Construction Manager and Construction Designer. Prior to this, Lucas served as Operations Manager at Mid-America Hardwoods from March 2013 to April 2014, where responsibilities included inventory management and production analysis. With a background that includes roles from Operations Manager to Moulding Plant General Labor at Mid-America Hardwoods since 2003, Lucas has developed a strong expertise in cost monitoring, inventory strategy, and team collaboration. Lucas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Missouri Southern State University, achieved between 2005 and 2008.
