Roxanne Hill, PhD, LMFT, is a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience in individual, marriage, and family therapy, particularly with children, adolescents, and their families navigating the family court system. Currently serving as a clinic-based therapist at Liberty Resources since January 2020, Roxanne previously worked as a licensed marriage and family therapist at Psychological Healthcare Pllc from June 2015 to January 2020. Prior roles include family counselor at Center for Community Alternatives, where Roxanne provided Brief Strategic Family Therapy to youth and families referred by the Onondaga County Department of Probation, and director of Juvenile Justice Services at The Salvation Army, overseeing project PRISM. Roxanne holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University.
