Ada R Caban has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Ada R started their career as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut in 2009, where they maintained high levels of customer satisfaction and consistently exceeded sales goals. In 2011, they became a Store Manager at Luxottica, where they were responsible for the daily functions of the store and achieved maximum store success.

In 2014, Ada joined AT&T as a Small Business Specialist, resolving complex customer inquiries and cultivating ongoing customer relationships. Ada R later transitioned to the role of CS Leader Intern, where they handled escalated customer calls, monitored call quality, and made recommendations for improving customer experience. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Business CS - Team Manager, overseeing a team and ensuring revenue and customer service objectives were met.

Most recently, Ada joined Liberty of Puerto Rico in 2020 as a Team Sales Manager, driving sales results in an inbound customer service call center environment and developing high-performing agents.

Throughout their career, Ada has demonstrated strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Ada R Caban graduated from Universidad Metropolitana in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they attended Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2007 to 2015, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Publicidad/Marketing. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ada has achieved several certifications in various skill areas. In 2022, they obtained a certification in "What Is Business Analysis?" from LinkedIn. Ada R also holds certifications in "Presentation Skills" and "Negotiation Skills" from Harvard Business Review, obtained in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Other certifications they have acquired include "Coaching," "Strategic Thinking," "Feedback Essentials," "Innovation Implementation," "Process Improvement," "Innovation and Creativity," "Change Management," "Difficult Interactions," and "Leading People" from Harvard Business Review, obtained between 2017 and 2018.
