Eduardo Lazos Garza has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Eduardo started their career at Bestel (Televisa) as a Sales Subdirector, where they focused on maintaining business systems and technical resources. Eduardo then moved on to Mercadotecnia Ideas y Tecnologia, where they served as an Operations Subdirector and was responsible for overseeing the Help Desk and analyzing data operations statistics.
From there, Lazos Garza joined SKY - TDA Telecomunicaciones as a Regional Manager, where they ensured the accomplishment of sales regional quotas and defined sales and operations strategies. Eduardo then took on the role of CIO at SOLUCIONES TELEFÓNICAS DE OCCIDENTE, where they developed and executed systems and telecommunications strategies.
Lazos Garza continued their career at Totalplay as a Regional Commercial Director, focusing on developing strategies to achieve sales quotas and building a high-performance sales group. Eduardo then joined AT&T, first as a Senior Key Account Manager, and later as a Key Account Director, where they defined market strategies and built strategic customer relationships.
Following their time at AT&T, Lazos Garza served as a Regional Sales Manager at Fleet Complete, where they performed strategic planning for the sales plan of the region and represented the company's brand. Eduardo then joined Sencinet, initially as a Senior Sales Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In these roles, they engaged in key account business analysis, project negotiation, and executive presentations for B2B customers in Mexico and Central America.
Most recently, Lazos Garza worked on a personal project before joining Liberty Networks as Wholesale Commercial Director, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and execute strategies, and a focus on achieving sales goals and building successful teams.
Eduardo Lazos Garza pursued their education in various institutions and fields. From 1983 to 1987, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Computer Systems, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In 1994, they enrolled in Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and The Wharton School, where they obtained Diplomas of Education in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Additionally, in 2011, they participated in the "Diplomado Yo Emprendo" program at ITESM FOJAL, which focused on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies.
