Nick Hyslop is an accomplished legal and insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Liberty Mutual Surety since April 2005, Nick Hyslop specializes in managing distressed accounts and implementing loss mitigation strategies. Prior to this, Nick Hyslop held the position of Bond Claim Attorney at Safeco Surety and Great American Insurance from October 1997 to April 2005, and served as an Associate Attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where expertise included construction, land use, and environmental law. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
