Lesley Dickson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global distribution and customer relationship management, currently serving as VP and Sr. Director at Liberty Mutual Insurance since 1998. Lesley has successfully led various strategy and operations initiatives, transforming development practices from Waterfall to Agile and overseeing the Commercial Insurance Simplification effort to enhance system efficiency. Prior roles include overseeing applications and project management in technology, as well as evaluating risks as a group underwriter at both Liberty Mutual and Unum. Lesley holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
