Joan Carney is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in underwriting. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Liberty Mutual Insurance since March 2019, Joan previously held similar positions at Royal and SunAlliance, specializing in property underwriting for college and university programs, and granted authority for international exposure authorizations. Earlier career experience includes roles as Director of Underwriting at CompResults Managed Care and Underwriter at AIG, where Joan completed a two-year Management Training Program. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
