Anthony Aikens has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as AVP and Head of Small Commercial Construction Strategy at The Hartford since 2013, where accountability includes driving profitable growth in the small commercial construction sector. Previously, Aikens held the position of Senior Managing Director, overseeing profit and growth for a multi-line business insurance book, focusing on technology, life sciences, and construction. Additional experience includes managing underwriting profit and growth for the Central and Western Divisions at The Hartford, as well as serving as Underwriting Director at Travelers. Educational credentials include a Project Management Program from The University of Texas at Austin, a BBA in Finance from St. Edward's University, and an MBA in Management from Wayland Baptist University.
