Simon Clement is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in enhancing product offerings and introducing innovative technologies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Technology Due Diligence & Trials at Liberty Global since January 2014, Simon plays a key role in investigating and trialling advanced technological innovations that benefit the company’s portfolio. As a board member of the Light Communications Alliance, Simon contributes to the promotion of light communication technologies. Previously, Simon held senior roles at Virgin Media, where responsibilities included leading technology innovations and consulting on technical strategies. Early career positions involved consultancy roles at ntl and a variety of technical positions at Nortel Networks, which encompassed global software engineering and team management. Simon holds a recent credential in Strategic Thinking for the CxO from Cambridge Judge Business School and a 2.1 degree from the University of Staffordshire.
