William Shephard is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in maritime operations. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at Liberty Global Logistics LLC since January 2017, William previously held the position of Assistant Vice-President at Alliance Navigation LLC from January 2005 to January 2017, where responsibilities included developing operational procedures for a US flag fleet and establishing training programs for personnel. William holds a Master's degree in Transportation Management with a focus on Shipping and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, both from the State University of New York Maritime College.
