Anita Staver has extensive legal experience, serving as President and General Counsel of Liberty Counsel since January 2000 and as General Counsel for Liberty Counsel Action Inc since June 2012. Previous roles include President, Vice President, and Law Clerk at Liberty Counsel, as well as various positions at Staver & Associates from November 1989 to December 1999. Anita Staver holds a JD in Law, graduating summa cum laude from Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, a MA in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduated with distinction, from the University of Kentucky.
