Sandra Williams, MBA has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Sandra is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at Liberty Bank - CT since October 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Liberty Bank, including First Vice President Commercial Credit.

Before joining Liberty Bank, Sandra worked at First Niagara Bank as the First Vice President and Regional Credit Manager, and as the Vice President and Portfolio Underwriter for Corporate Banking. Sandra also gained experience at Webster Bank as the Vice President and Portfolio Manager.

Earlier in their career, Sandra worked at UPS Capital, where they held several roles including Commercial Underwriter Team Leader, Senior Associate, Team Leader, Junior Commercial Lender Associate, and International Loan Operations Associate.

Sandra also has experience in the international and domestic banking sectors, having worked as a Commercial Underwriter Senior Associate at an undisclosed company and as part of the Domestic Loan Operations team at First International Bank.

Throughout their career, Sandra has demonstrated expertise in credit underwriting, credit management, portfolio management, and industry research. Sandra has experience working with various loan programs and has successfully completed credit scoring using different models.

Sandra Williams holds an MBA in International Finance from Rensselaer at Work, which they obtained between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1987. In 1983-1984, Sandra majored in Business at George Mason University. Apart from their formal education, Sandra has obtained various certifications including Real Estate Appraisal I & II, Moody's Financial Analysis Credit Training, and a Doctorate of Divinity for Humanitarian Service from Heart Bible University in 2019, among others. Sandra has also completed additional training programs such as Omega Performance Credit Training and attended the SBA Lending Seminar provided by the US Small Business Administration.
