Joshua Meza is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Regional Controller at Liberty since December 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua held various positions at PCL Construction from March 2006 to December 2022, including Manager of Finance & Commercial Risk and Accounting Manager. Joshua also worked as Accounting Manager at Oxyheal Health Group from January 2004 to March 2006. Joshua earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University between 2007 and 2009 and attended the University of California, Santa Cruz.
