Feras Hijjawi began their career as a Power Supply Design Engineer at Cumberland Cathodic Protection in 2000. Feras then moved to Coutant lambda in 2001, where they worked as a PSU Design Engineer until 2005. Following that, Hijjawi joined Deep Sea Electronics as a Senior Power Supply Design Engineer in 2005. In 2022, they became a Principal Power Electronics Engineer at Libertine FPE. Currently, in 2023, Hijjawi holds the position of Power Specialist FAE Northern Europe at Future Electronics.

Feras Hijjawi attended the University of Leeds from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Mechatronics. Feras also attended The University of Leeds, although the specific dates and degree information are unknown.
