Josh Douglas currently serves as the Director of Men's Merchandising at Liberated Brands since October 2023. Prior to this role, Josh was with VOLCOM for three years, holding positions as Senior Global Merchandise Manager and Global Development Manager for Value and Tees & License Product, respectively. Additional experience includes a role as Men's Product Line Manager at Fox Racing, and positions at The Sourcing Co and Local Authority LA. Josh's extensive background in merchandising began at Volcom, where roles ranged from Merchandising Assistant to Men's/Youth Global Merchandising Manager, accumulating valuable expertise over several years in the industry.
