Randy Zickefoose, MBA, is an experienced IT leader with a comprehensive background in technology management and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Director of Global Information Technology at Libbey since January 2021, Randy has a track record of rapid advancement within the company, having held various leadership roles since starting in 2000. Previous positions include Director of Infrastructure, Security, and Service, where oversight of enterprise-wide cybersecurity was added, and Director of Infrastructure and Technical Support, focusing on risk mitigation and global IT operations. Randy's earlier roles included Corporate IT Lead and Service Desk Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management & HR and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and IT Operations Management, both from The University of Toledo.
