James Davies, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Development Chemist at Lianhetech Europe Limited, leading a small team in advancing laboratory processes to full-scale manufacturing, alongside providing plant support and training. Prior experience includes roles at TRADEBE developing process technologies for recycling chemicals, and at International Flavors & Fragrances focusing on product development and troubleshooting. James also held positions at Selcia, where responsibilities ranged from technical sales to senior research, and contributed as a synthetic organic chemist at Pfizer and production chemist at GE Healthcare. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and an MChem degree from the University of Exeter.
