Frida Sheng's work experience begins in 2006 as a Consultant at Millennium-soft Consulting Co.,Ltd. Frida then worked as a Senior Consultant at HaoRong Consulting Service from 2007 to 2009, where they were responsible for client business development and headhunting services.
In 2009, Frida joined Adecco as a Senior Consultant until 2013.
From 2013 to 2022, Frida worked at LianBio, where they held various roles. Frida started as an Associate Manager, responsible for attraction, sourcing, and hiring for RICS. Frida then progressed to Manager I and Manager II, focusing on talent acquisition for different functions. In 2019, Frida became the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for commercial functions. Their responsibilities included managing full-cycle talent acquisition activities and improving the efficiency of the recruitment process. Before leaving LianBio, Frida served as an Agile Partner for the company.
Since 2022, Frida Sheng is the Director of HR BP and Admin, China & AP at LianBio. In this role, they collaborate with global HRVP and business leaders to develop and execute the company's people strategy. Frida is responsible for talent attraction, engagement, management, and development in China and AP to build a capable and engaged workforce.
Frida Sheng completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yangtze University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Frida then pursued a Master's degree in Development and Training of Manager's Psychological Capital from the Chinese Academy of Sciences without specifying the end year. In terms of certifications, Frida obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Becoming an Agile Coach," "Coaching and Developing Employees," and "Facilitation Skills for Managers and Leaders" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
