Maria Ollila has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maria began their career as a Baker and pastry chef intern at Pieczywo Buczek in 2011. Maria then interned as a Baker and pastry chef at Lapin Rinkilä and Choco Deli in the same role. In 2016, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Trainee and later as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Lapin Leipomo.

In 2018, Maria became the Leader of the Web Team at Trapesti Oy, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they also gained experience as a Cottage Cleaner at Destination Lapland from 2011 to 2019.

From 2017 to 2019, Maria worked as a Cleaner at Personalhuset Staffing Group Finland. Currently, they are employed at Liana Technologies, where they started their journey as a Front End Developer Trainee in 2019. Maria quickly progressed to the role of a Junior Front End Developer and is currently working as a Front-End Developer.

Maria Ollila has a diverse education background spanning multiple institutions. Maria first attended Rovaniemen ammattilukio from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their High School diploma. Concurrently, they also studied at Lapin Ammattiopisto during the same period and obtained a Vocational Qualification in Food Production with a focus on Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef.

Continuing their educational journey, Maria enrolled at Lakehead University in 2015 for a brief period, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they attended Lapland University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2016, completing their first Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Innovative Business Service.

Seeking further expertise in their field, Maria pursued a second BBA degree at Oulu University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2019. Their degree focused on Business Information Technology. Lastly, they are currently enrolled at the University of Oulu with an expected graduation date in 2023, working towards earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Processing Science.
