Prior to this, they worked at Kinross Gold Corporation, where they held various roles including Vice President of Corporate Communications, Senior Director of Corporate Communications, Director of Corporate Communications, Senior Manager of Corporate and Digital Communications, Manager of External Communications, and Senior Communications Specialist. Louie was employed at Kinross Gold Corporation from 2008 to 2022. Before joining Kinross Gold Corporation, Louie worked as a Consultant at Wilcox Group from 2006 to 2008.
