Patty Elsten is a Senior Financial Analyst at LHD Benefit Advisors since April 2001. Patty has extensive experience in consulting with employers on employee benefits programs, financial analyses, renewal negotiations, and request for proposal efforts. Prior to their current role, Patty worked as a Consultant at William M. Mercer and as an Underwriter at Prudential. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Marian University Indianapolis.
