Stefan Hausherr has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Stefan is currently the Head Front Office - Private Banking at LGT Private Banking, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head Compliance Projects and Special Investigation at LGT Private Banking from May 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining LGT Private Banking, Hausherr worked as the CFO and COO at Tellco AG from September 2015 to May 2019. Stefan also briefly worked as a Freelance Partner at Daniel Gresch & Partner AG from April 2015 to August 2015.

Hausherr gained valuable experience in various roles at different banks. Stefan served as the Branch Manager for the Zurich and Lugano Branch at Bank Frey Ltd./Banque Heritage from May 2013 to March 2015, where they successfully onboarded clients from former Bank Frey to Bank Heritage. Stefan also played a key role in the transition by negotiating an asset deal with potential partners and transferring client relationships worth CHF 200 million.

Additionally, Hausherr held leadership positions at Credit Suisse, Clariden Bank, Clariden Leu, and Julius Baer. Notably, they served as the Chief Operating Officer Private Banking at Credit Suisse (U.K.) Limited and as the Deputy Head Asia and Branch Manager at Clariden Leu.

Stefan'scareer highlights include overseeing strategy and finance as a Member of the extended Executive Board at Julius Baer and leading the Workstream Private Banking in the merger of multiple legal entities at Clariden Leu.

Stefan Hausherr completed their Master of Arts (lic.oec.HSG) in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen from 1987 to 1994. Stefan then went on to attend the Swiss Accountancy Academy in Zürich from 1994 to 1997, where they earned their Swiss Chartered Accountant degree with a focus on Accounting and Audit.
