Nicole Flotron has extensive experience in customer success, corporate partnerships, and marketing communications, currently serving on the Culture Committee at FELFEL since February 2017, where the focus is on enhancing the company's unique culture. Previous roles include Regional Lead Customer Success B2B, Junior Relationships and Acquisition Manager, and Trainee in Corporate Partnerships and Branding at FELFEL. At Pure Foods AG, Nicole was the Marketing Coordinator responsible for a variety of initiatives, including website relaunch, content creation, and customer acquisition. Earlier roles include work at IBM in sales and marketing and internships at ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Communication and has completed various education programs, including Leadership Essentials at IMD in 2023 and an undergraduate semester at RMIT University.
