Natalia Olbinska is an HR Senior Recruitment Partner at LGT Private Banking since October 2023, with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and recruitment. Previously, Natalia served as Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing at Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd from September 2022 to October 2023 and as Lead Strategic Recruiter for the IWM Russia & EE region at Credit Suisse from January 2015 to September 2022. Throughout a significant tenure at Saxo Bank from November 2006 to December 2014, Natalia held roles involving sales trading and relationship management for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients from Russia and the former Soviet bloc. Earlier experience includes teaching mathematics for economics and business at the Herning Institute of Business and Administration in Denmark. Natalia holds a degree from Herning Handels og Ingeniør Højskolen and the National Agricultural University of Ukraine.
