Lucas Crandall is an accomplished firmware engineer with extensive experience in electrical and computer engineering. Currently employed at LGS Innovations since April 2018, Lucas previously held positions as an electrical engineer at Sandia National Laboratories from August 2016 to April 2018, and as a student researcher at Carnegie Mellon University in early 2016. Additional internships at NASA Glenn Research Center included a Pathways Intern role focusing on software-defined radio systems in 2014 and 2015. Lucas holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Physics from the University of Rochester. Notable projects span various areas, including computer vision, VHDL design, and high-rate data recording techniques.
