Jane Brophy is a seasoned Human Resources Executive at the Local Government Management Agency (LGMA), a position held since May 2007. Prior to this role, Jane served as a Learning and Development Manager at KPMG from October 2003 to November 2005. Jane holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 1995, and a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin, earned in 1994.
