Lee Bodkin has over 15 years of experience in IT support and technology management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Technology Support at LGM Financial Services Inc., starting in August 2014, Lee delivers advanced technical support to over 200 employees and manages projects for mass deployments of technology. Previous roles include IT Support Analyst - Tier 2 and IT Support Specialist - Tier 1, focusing on ticket triage, documentation, and training on new technologies. Prior experience includes serving as Branch Systems Coordinator at The Economical Insurance Group from November 2007 to August 2014, where responsibilities included technical support, deployment, and asset management at the Vancouver branch.
