Kelly Clapperton is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Europe for LGH Group and Rotrex since April 2024, where strategic initiatives in retention, training, and recruitment are key focus areas. Prior to this role, Kelly led the HR department at LullaBellz, emphasizing strategic vision and operational support. Experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager for the Household of Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, and as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Assystem, where strategic and operational HR priorities were identified. Kelly has also contributed as HR Advisor & EMEA Data Management Lead at Quaker Houghton and gained experience in HR at HSS Hire and the British Army. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resources Management from The Open University Business School, along with various certifications in Human Resources and Employment Law.
