Amber Hildebrand has extensive experience in technical writing, laboratory analysis, customer service management, and gas regulatory services. In their previous roles, Amber has been responsible for drafting detailed reports, managing customer service departments, and leading teams in regulatory services. Amber's expertise includes interpreting laboratory data, resolving customer complaints, and guiding employees in various capacities. Currently, Amber is a Team Leader of Gas Regulatory Services and a Corrosion Scientist at LG&E and KU Energy LLC.
