Tara Greguric's work experience includes being the Director of Creative Production Services at lg2 since 2018. Tara also worked as a Volunteer Career Mentor at Ryerson University's Tri-Mentoring Program from September 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Print Production at DDB Canada from December 2013 to April 2018. Tara also served as the Print Production Manager at TAXI Canada Ltd. from May 2004 to November 2013 and as a Production Coordinator at Optium from 2001 to 2004.

Tara Greguric pursued their education in the field of Graphic Communications Management and received a Bachelor of Technology degree from Ryerson University. Tara attended Ryerson University from 1997 to 2001.
