Gabe Malca is a skilled Development Manager at LG Group since August 2022, overseeing high-rise residential projects with a focus on architecture, engineering, and construction team management, as well as budget and schedule oversight. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at JLL for the Arlington Heights Stadium & Entertainment District Development, where RFP processes and cost estimates were initiated and completed. Gabe also worked at Lendlease managing MEPFP subcontractors on a 42-story tower project and gained early experience through internships at The Walsh Group and Hanson Professional Services Inc. Gabe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2017.
