Mauro Balzani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mauro started their career at Texas Instruments in 1990, where they worked as a Manufacturing Technician and later became a Manufacturing Technicians Supervisor. In 1993, they transitioned to a role as a Manufacturing Engineer before becoming a Process and Equipment Engineer in 1995.
In 1999, Balzani joined Micron Technology and held several positions over the next 12 years. Mauro Balzani attended Perito Tecnico Industriale in Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni from 1981 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a course in Corso Sperimentale in Trasmissioni Via Satellite. In 2016, they completed a program called "Programma di elevata formazione per Dirigenti in \"Prevenzione Infortuni ed Igiene del Lavoro\"" at INFORMA (Formazione e Consulenza).
