Luca Molinelli has a significant amount of work experience in the field of semiconductor manufacturing. Luca began their career in 1995 at Texas Instruments as a Technician, where they were responsible for maintenance of Metrology equipment, including thickness measurement and surface contamination measurement. In 1998, they moved to LFoundry where they started as a RDA/Metrology Principal Technician and eventually became an Equipment Engineer. In their role at LFoundry, they were primarily responsible for Metrology Equipment, such as thickness measurement tools and profilers. Their expertise also included concentration tools. Luca Molinelli has been with LFoundry since 1998 and continues to hold the position of Equipment Engineer.

Luca Molinelli attended Istituto Tecnico Industriale ITIS from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Perito Tecnico degree in Informatica.
