Bernette Oosterlaken is a Materials Scientist at LeydenJar Technologies since July 2022, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology from February 2017 to October 2022, focusing on the surface characterization of polymer materials. Prior to this role, Bernette completed a PhD with a dissertation on "Iron Oxide Mineralization in Confinement" at the same institution and interned at DSM on purification optimization. Bernette's academic background includes a Master of Science in Molecular Systems and Materials Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology, as well as early experience in customer service at Jumbo Supermarkten.
