Lourdes Carvelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and early childhood education. Since April 2002, Lourdes has held the position of Customer Relations Manager at Lexus of Pembroke Pines, demonstrating strong skills in managing customer interactions. Prior experience includes working as a Parent/Child Instructor at Discovery Zone from 1995 to 1999 and at Gymboree from 1990 to 1995, focusing on promoting gross motor, fine motor, and cognitive skills in children. Lourdes earned an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising from Miami Dade College between 1976 and 1978.
