Tia Siso is an accomplished sales manager currently with Lexus of Orlando since November 2018, where responsibilities include hiring and motivating sales teams to generate leads and exceed revenue forecasts. Previously, Tia held the position of Care Coordinator Manager at FirstLight Home Care, managing in-home health caregivers. Tia also served as a BDC Representative at Lexus of Orlando and achieved top sales performance at Radley Automotive Group. Tia has entrepreneurial experience as a managing owner at Prestige Window Coverings, LLC, and has held executive assistant roles at Telescience International and Computer Tower Inc. Tia holds multiple degrees in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and additional qualifications from Lone Star College and Seminole State College.
